BAD SERVICE FROM AGENTS

I registered with MANCOSA but reviewing my budget I informed them on time , long before exam time that I cannot do 3 modules I'd like to do 2 modules. I CANNOT AFFORD to pay for 3 modules. I just worried a family member last week therefore I do not have cash to pay for 3 modules. This has not been my year. Honestly right now I cannot take on 3 modules what will eat, send money to my family and public transport to work and school. Please consider my situation I REALLY CAN'T AFFORD to take 3 modules at this point part-time!! I asked them to allow me 2 modules and then carry the 3rd in 2019. I even wrote and submitted assignments for 2 modules. This has been a back and forth without any conclusion. Now I have to pay R5,676.00 for a module I didn't write or even agree to. Where is the fairness here. I also called them a few times with no joy to date.
