Bad service fro Mancosa

I registered with Mancosa last year (2020) February. My employer paid the fees for me upfront and then soon after I discovered I was pregnant. I had a very high risk pregnancy and my Dr advised me to not take on anything stressful as I could loose the baby. I literally attended one class of each module on the first day and that was before I discovered the pregnancy. After the Dr confirmed the pregnancy and the risks I contacted Mancosa to defer my studies. I app**** and my application was approved, mind you the Dr's letter stated that I had to defer my studies until 2022 because the Dr was not sure how I would recover after birth. In October/November last year someone from Mancosa called me to tell me my fees are outstanding and I explained that the fees are paid I have just deferred my studies. After countless phone calls and emails they managed to locate the money in their account and allocated in accordingly. That was in October/November 2020. I called them in January to ask them to register for this academic year and they said I need to pay this year's fees. I explained that my employer paid R25 860 last year and I never attended due to medical reasons, I even sent them proof of that. They told me that I cannot register this year because I did not pay the deferral fee I was supposed to pay. I asked them why they did not tell me about that when they called me about the fees that were supposedly outstanding in October last year. The lady said she will escalate it however no one has come back to me regarding this. I am paying my employer R25 860 back as I could not study last year, so basically I just gave MANCOSA R25 860 for nothing. When you call them you can hold for over 30 minutes, only to be cut off or to be dismissed by the person on the other side of the line. I am very disturbed by how they run their facility because no one has R25 000 to just pay for no value at all. I was assisted by Noloyiso Mvumbi for the deferral of my studies however everytime I call they cannot put me through to her. The last person I spoke to was Pamela Maswera who I feel was very dismissive and not interested in my plight.
