Bad Service

I enrolled in 2018 for Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management but I failed two Modules and I have never came back to re-write them due to personal issues I was going through at that time. My fees were fully paid for the year. I tried to re-register the following year with no success, there is no one who is willing to assist, I wrote countless emails and called to the institution with no reply even now, no one is responding.
