Bad service

below is the email that i sent, basically a ticket (684899) was opened in January by my colleague requesting for assistance for both of us, after so many calls and emails it was resolved only because it was post here on hellopeter. Then she was that i need to speak to my student advisor to load have request resolved, which on below emails trail i will attach.

Please assist as I am using work laptop to access our learning platforms, I only have access to the mancosaportal as the mymancosa does not allow me access, I made an enquiry in email in August 2022 to query the exam date for financial reporting and analysis, I received a response with an attached time table stipulating I will be writing on the 15May 2023, I followed the hardcopy of the programme handbook to view dates for other modules as Financial reporting and analysis is a carrying module and is not listed on the hardcopy. I just got off a call with a consultant from Mancosa who advised the time table is on the App under documents(uploaded on the 31/09/2022) dated 01 October 2022. Unfortunately I did not see the time table uploaded as there was no notification sent to advise that a time table has been uploaded for me to view. The consultant advised I need to re-register but there is an error for registration on the app(please note that your recent exam results are not released yet. Due to this reason you could not raise your request. Please contact our support centre for further information. As per the information provided to me by your staff please award me an opportunity to write our OSA. Looking forward to hearing from you……………………..
