Bad Service

Mancosa has bad service and I feel we are statistics more than being students

Before I get service I have to complain in platforms like HelloPeter or other social media. I complained about reasonable accommodation and was partially assisted and now I have to re-register for subject I wasn't competent at, now I have to complain again

Not all students have all resources for Mancosa standard, with than being said also meet us halfway. I can't always call so I use emails and the chat platform they provide but emails and chats are sometimes misunderstood or difficult to understand so they also need to call us

I requested assistance mid January and still now i am waiting and is not like I won't pay. Ref no. 488742
