Bad service

Mancosa service is extremely poor.

Iv registered and paid for 2024 , beginning of January

It's been 4 weeks now of calling and emails the student services to assist me in resolving my mancosa student email account that was given to me

It keeps saying "email address does not exist" I keep getting an auto reply with a new ticket number , currently on 7 ticket number with no reply or call , even tho it says they will contact me with in 24 hours

Iv called the mancosa number and get passed from 2 operator to another with no help.
