Bad service

So apparently it's against popi act to send statement! But not against popi act to send marketing emails with new classes that you didn't sign up for, even anything to do with the subject you are taking.

Yet they insist a payment (without a statement) to just release your marks!! At the point I had to send them at least 10 email to get them to release my marks.

Correct me if I am wrong. Isn't this a management school? Where they teach you about statement in accounting, or teach you how to do accounts?? There is a nice saying *practice* *what* *you* *preach*!! Or am I wrong? Please, as you are so smart, teach me right!!!

I would like to take this into further matter!!!
