Bad service

My whole experience with the institution has been seriously draining and depressing, there is so much incompetence and lack of professionalism. One consultant tells you one thing and another tells you something different, and there is no effort in solving queries. I call and hold for an hour or so to get assistance, then I’m directed to another department telling me that the relevant department is not available and that they’ll get back to me and they never do. I sometimes call about 8 times and still not get assistance. The institution is so good with shifting blame, they never take accountability and students have to bare the extra costs. What’s sad is that I was with another Honoris united university and I was happy there but I decided to give Mancosa a chance, pity I didn’t read the reviews before I enrolled. They have nice building facilities but that’s it. Students can’t be stressing about trying to get assistance all the time. We’re even blamed for system errors.
