Bad service

I am enrolled as a BPA student at MANCOSA. I had to submit a re-submission case study assessment on the 5th of December, while being away from any network accesses close to me. Arriving back on Sunday evening, I tried to submit my assessment but struggled to logged in due to network problems.. Eventually I logged in at 00:05 and wanted to submit my assignment but it said that I'm 7 minutes late for submitting and there was no option to still submit.. My disappointment is that MANCOSA is not patient and willing to give our students that few seconds after the due to still submit. I will understand if it was a day after the due date. So while trying to phone them this morning at 10:27, explaining my reasons, I could not hear the consultant that spoke to me and told her a few times that I can not hear you, she dropped the phone in my ear which was so rude. We have to sacrifice a lot study and try to put in everything we can. We pay for it a lot of money to get the best possible assistance, help and respect from this institution. Hellopeter please help.
