Bad service

I am so disappointed with the instution mancosa they give a terrible service when u with them they called me in to write a supp on the 2nd of July I went but did not finish it asking them why am I sitting in for this exam how do they know am supposed to be writing when I haven't received my marks, August 13 again communicated with them for my marks still no marks on the 15th they gave me I asked for my script they don't want me to view my script even today Iv been in and out now I hv to register this subject again while I don't hv proof I really failed it
