Bad institute ever, they are running away with our hard earned money

I need your intervention as am frustrated and hopeless, I have registered to study at Mancosa in December 2019 for Jan 2020 intake and paid all my fees in full. Now this year I have called them again to change me to a 1 year course.Firstly I wanted to cancell my studies with them, they told me I can't its already over 14 days I cannot even get my money back, they never gave me their policy to sign now I can't get my money back. And they are struggling to change me to another course, I have lost my money and still no progress in changing the course
