Bad experience and terrible administration

I registered in December last year, in January I still hadn't received my study material, though the company I work for paid fees in full. I had to eventually go the offices, and collect it myself. My first semester marked assignments still have not been uploaded, even though I have requested and enquired about it. So second semester, I requested especially for one of my marked assignments in order to gauge how I completed it. To my horror, after checking the uploaded assignment, the first two questions were not marked, but completed as part of the assignment. I subsequently enquired about it and was referred to an email address, to which I sent my request, but still no reply or updated marks available. This was towards the middle of October. There was the examination venues, the venue got changed last minute without informing us of the new venue, not once but twice!!!! When I called the office, they told me to find security at the venue and ask the security to direct to a particular section, in that section, I could ask a representative of Mancosa where I am writing. I dont think Mancosa staff(not all) realise that we are adults, and human. I am so dissappointed that I did do enquiries on here prior to registering, I probably would not have chosen them to study with. I would like to know why their administration is terrible, and why the attitude is nonchalant and if they plan on rectifying my situation and when???
