BAD CHOICE FOR CHOOSING MANCOSA

I received my project results (Mancosa didn't notify me that the results are out I only found out 2 days before resubmission deadline and the remaking application date was over) Only to find out that I received 46% and I needed 50 to pass. I concentrated on resubmitting the project. Now I went back to check what's went wrong on my first submission only to find out that the marker said I didn't submit the Ms Project content of which I did (its on the zip folder file that they instructed us to put it there with the pdf document) I sent a message to student support and to my surprise I received an email saying my case is closed and they submitted it to assessment department they'll call me. They didn't bother to call me and am still in the dark. Now they expect me to reregister the subject of which is not fair on my side. MANCOSA DOENT CAR ABOUT THEIR LEANERS THEY ARE ONLY AFTER MONEY. They made a mistake why don't they rectify it and give me the right marks? instead they decides to ignore me. this is really unprofessional of them.
