BAD, BAD SERVICE SIES MANCOSA!!

On the 16/11/2020 I wrote my exam for financial accounting. As per instruction we told to submit our exam scripts via PDF format.

THIS IS A LIE!! All of my emails sent to clients were received and rep**** back to me on the day of my exam. I didn’t have any internet issues, I wrote the exam for the office, there was not even load shedding. Please do not mislead like this I then ask Janice to forward my email to your Exam Dept. MANCOSA must just admit that their site was overwhelmed by the high influx of students attaching their exam script. Cause I see even with my maths exam you guys have extended the time with 30 minutes. Same thing should've been done with my Financial Accounting. I am mentally and emotionally drained by MANCOSA I don't remember a time when I was happily satisfied with your service. Thinking that I left UNISA for this ****!!

This kind of attitude towards your students who are your clients might arouse an attitude of drop outs. Mind you that some of us fund for our own education and its not like MANCOSA is a cheap institution but the service we received is ****ty all the time. My money doesn't fall from trees, I have a family to feed, etc.

I AM VERY UPSET!!

Please be advised I have been informed by the assessments department you will need to apply for an aegrotat in order to be able to write the supplementary.

Today I wrote Business Maths I had the same issue but later the I.T guy called me and advised me to try and submit my exam via Word guess what my submission went through. Had I been advised about this with my previous exam I wouldn’t be this UPSET!! Please provide feedback if I can submit my exam for marking. Your call centre agents answer our calls and have chats in the background but do not attend to our enquiries. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENT ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO USE MANCOSA!!
