Bad attitude from finance

Poor service, attitude and poor communication, the lady from account by the name of Joan was very rude to me and don't want to hear the side of my story, my company paid my fees in full and i was suppose to sub one of my subject but didn't pay for that module as i have requested them to carryover the module to the next semester and now they don't want to release my results on paid up modules. My request was simple - i cancel the failed module and return the study material and carryover the module to the next module or they cancel one of the already paid-up module and pay for carryover module or they cancel all the modules paid for and refund all my fees then i will find another Institution. I want to speak to the principal himself this is first time i experience such nonsense attitude from Mancosa never.
