Atrocious student support services

So it's nearly 10pm on the night before my graduation, and success! Sindi at the Student Support Centre was a rock star! I eventually got through to her after 5 unsuccessful attempts at speaking to other agents. I told her that I had not received my invitation to the virtual graduation ceremony, and she promised to sort this out for me and another fellow student asap. She took my number and promised to call me with updates every two hours, which she di. In the meantime, she was frantically escalating this issue to senior managers. It turns out that the graduation department did not sent out the invitation to all graduating students. I spoke to Sindi at 21h50 again, and she confirmed that the invitation had now been emailed to me. When I checked my inbox, lo and behold, there it was! Looks like I'll be graduation tomorrow after all - thanks to Sindi!
