Atrocious Exam Experience and Don't care attitude

When writing an online summative supplementary exam this past Monday the Mancosa system failed me and they don't seem to care. The exam time was 09:00-14:00 and was scheduled to start at 09:00, unfortunately there system had not been updated even though I was provided a timetable to write causing me to be locked out of the exam. I spent two hours on the phone having the call picked up and dropped repeatedly. Initially when I first got through I was told the issue would be resolved at around 09:30, this statement was however false and was not resolved until 11:00 causing me to start the exam two hours after all other students. When asked on whether extra time would be afforded the answer was no as the remaining time would be sufficient, my response been this was not fair as all other students were able to make use of the full time allocation. I had to leave out parts of the answers trying to rush through the paper and finish in time. I am left speechless at the care free attitude they have adopted especially when I have paid my fees in full on the first day I started, needless to say after been on the phone for two hours I immediately went into the exam tired and exhausted. The only silver lining was that a woman named Belinda was able to eventually assist, if not for her I would not have written an exam at all.
