Assignments marking poor, wonder how the mark Exams

Issues with assignments where the markers have no flipping idea how to mark according to what was requested on the assignments. They are marking assignments according to themselves. This is unprofessional coming from Mancosa. I have emailed them and they want me to pay for re-marking and clearly the assignment questionnaire has nothing to do with markers, marking assignments to their own personal imagination.
