Assignment upload issue

Hi

I received an extension on my assignment and submission day is today. I submitted yesterday but I fixed my assignment and I want to resubmit. Only problem is, the portal is not giving me the option to select the subject, please assist urgently .

I got off the line with one of your consultants - she says I cannot re-submit because the due date is today and that is how your system is designed. I think that is utter nonsense because I have until 12 am 14-09-2018 to submit, your system problems are not my issue.

I still have the time to submit today that is, I should be able to.

Please attend to this urgently, I do not want to have a back and forth with this matter because getting anything from Mancosa is always a mission and quite frankly I am annoyed with your service. I am using this platform to flag my query because dealing with Mancosa previously I know this might go back and forth.
