Assignment resubmission

I usually get emails notifying me of my marks release on the formative assessments I submitted. I comp**** with the deadlines of the one formative assessment I needed to resubmit because a student academic consultant would send courtesy emails to remind us of the resubmission deadlines. Yesterday I had to write a summative exam and was shook to see that the marks for my formative assessment for that model were uploaded and had to resubmit the assessment, however it was too late for me to do so since the deadline date had passed. I immediately called student services and was kept on hold for far too long ,I terminated the call. I proceeded to send an email explaining that I never saw the marks posted ,nor did I receive an email advising me of my marks release for that modeland requested a chance for me to resubmit the formative assessment. I given a rehe****d response which didn't address my concern. I called student services after the response given and was advised my email will be addressed, only to receive another generic response. I am frustrated. I need my case to be attended to as an individual. I am a returning student and honestly, I regret my decision of registering with Mancosa again. You are told to repeat a formative assessment but when you review the feedback it speaks to the issues you have listed as your answers. What the lectures advise you on the webinars seem to be misaligned with what the markers require. You are not even credited for listing the correct steps but get zero for not practically applying the theory correctly yet your list was correct. Can I be afforded a chance to resubmit my formative assessment as I am studying through a bursary and will have to reimburse the company the whole amount for this oversight.Thanks
