Assignment Mark is TRASH!!!

I submitted my assignment 2 (short question) on 11 September 2019, 8:22 AM and it's results where released on 4 October 2019, 8:00 AM by some individual known shown as Participant 251529 on the Mancosa Online Portal. My problem is that he gave me lesser marks for the assignment without giving a valid feedback remark. He only indicated that I left out a few things, which were not asked for in the question and he completely ignored the fact that I had provided most of what was asked for in the question. I got 9/20 for that assignment and obviously I am unhappy about it considering the amount of effort that I put in the assignment even going as far as using diagrams and illustrations. I then decided to lodge a query/ticket on the portal on 30 September, 05:01 am with the reference number as 338772, which was assigned to Clinton Seevers, who has never rep**** to my query till today. During the course of all of this I then heard from a friend that I can actually request a remark but then I would have to pay R250. I then requested the requested the remark on 6 October, 11:18 the reference number which is 343749 assigned to Lerato Siko. Two days later Lerato rep**** by saying "Please be advised that the remark is requested within five working days after receiving the mark." This absolutely insane service by Mancosa is beyond any form of words or expression. I am just taking chances here on HelloPeter because I know they might ignore this, so the next stop for me is the Dept of Higher Education. I am so taking them on, I want those marks unless if they can substantiate on why did they give me less than 50% for doing more than 50% of what was required by the question.
