Assessment never became available

I have had a long battle with Mancosa. From them losing my assignments to losing a written exam. They have even let me register free of charge this year due to an error on their part last year. Now that I am one module away from finally putting this all behind me they once again won't admit to a technical problem. In order to finish the module you have to complete 3 parts, one of which is an online quiz. I have checked regularly and the link hasn't become active. Yesterday the link was finally active only to see the quiz closed on 5 April. How am I supposed to complete an assessment that I never had the opportunity to do?! The consultant I contacted says they can't open the link because I there is no proof of hospitalization or death. Again - that's not the issue. If anyone is considering Mancosa I'd stay far away. I even have a screen shot proving it wasn't on the calendar. I received no emails showing dates.
