Application process

I sent through my application together with the certified required documents on the 16th of January. After that I only got emails for acknowledgment. I waited and waited and then started panicking because registration for most schools were starting , I had to follow up on my application because there was complete silence until I decided to reach out. A consultant by the name of Bilal emailed me finally to tell me that I need to resubmitted new certified documents because the ones I had submitted they were now past the 6 months validity. I told him that I am not going to do that because firstly nobody was updating me about the progress of my application besides getting acknowledgment email on the 16th& 17th. If my application was processed on time and given the outcome my documents would still be within the 6 months of certification. Bilal told me he will not process the application until I resubmit the documents again. I had done everything as required, why is it my fault that processing took forever on MANCOSA’s side and on top of that the communication was very poor . Is this how you generally treat new students?
