Appelled! Utter disregard of students

I am a student at Mancosa, student number 106873. I have a query dating far back as May 2015 and to this day it has not been resolved. I was accepted on late registration by one month, however 2 assignments were overdue but I did them. a number of follow-up queries built up and they are all unresolved and have a detrimental effect on my studies. I corresponded via e-mail stating my issues and desired outcomes to no avail. I asked for a meeting initially with the assignment division and subsequently with the Dean, but I was always not given an opportunity for the meeting. I went to mancosa more than 4 times only to be stopped at reception and no one prepared to discuss my issues on a one on one. I am concerned because we are nearing graduation time and I will be left out through no fault of mine and I really don't think this is fair. I even approached the student counselling section thinking this way I will obtain someone to discuss my issues with. Even that section did not bother, they did not even respond to my correspondence. it makes me wonder it that section truly exists or it only exist on paper. I am desperate, please assist and intervene on my behalf.<br> space LTD for details
