Appauling Student Support!!! Stay Away!!

I have been requesting my Academic Transcripts since 7 January. All their consultants refer me to Student Results Letters. It seems like none of the student services consultant know what an Academic Transcript is. I even had to send them an example of how their own Academic Transcript looks like that I received from someone else. Till today almost a month later I have not been helped. The closing date at the institution I am applying to is nearing and still it seems no one at Mancosa know what an Academic Transcript Is. If they can't do something as simple as an Academic Transcript, imagine how your distance learning experience will be when you need actual academic support. Do yourself a favour and try other institutions
