Appalling service

I finished my Academic year end of 2020, I enquired yesterday about graduations and Mr Sashen Pillay rep**** as follow "Please be advised that you are eligible to graduate in October 2021, note that you will receive graduation communication closer to your graduation date"

I asked for a reason why I was excluded from the graduations that took over the past weekend

This was the response "Please may you provide your contact number that I may contact you to explain"

still waiting for the call and he is no longer replying to my mails.
