Another dissappointment

I am so disappointed with this institution Mancosa, I registered with them before 2021 and all was well until I failed the exams and I was promised to do a supp. After I paid the required fee of about R600.00 after a wait of about a year, then I was told I was not qualifying to write that supplementary exam and I soldiered on with it and did that(those). A year later I was told to pay about R20000.00 to register, but same year my parent passed away and I was heavily affected in every way possible. I reported them, and I was convinced all went well that after some 6 months I was registered as I had paused (having informed them) due to my bereavement. When I was supposed to receive my exams they withheld them because I owe that year which I had thought they agreed with me that I may pause in. It’s been almost a year now of trying to speak with them about it as their fees are so high and I don’t even have another R15000.00 which they are asking for Mind you the course was already R39000.00 and I paid it cash and I also paid that other 20k, now I don’t have another 15k. I resorted to write in this platform my disappointment, at this time they even withheld all my results of which I been having access to.

How do I pass this huddle now?
