An extension request for a Re-submission

I have been studying through MANCOSA for the past 3 years and would not recommend any student to study through them. Their student services takes forever to come back to a person and sort out queries. Mancosa is a money making scheme institution. I got so sick just before I could Re-submit my Assignment in the beginning of November 2021 and even struggled with my Exams and on Top of that Mancosa OSA system was a mess . However I finished writing my exams and could not resubmit that 1 Assignment due to sickness. My GP booked me off and referred me to another Dr for a 2nd opinion but still I did not get better. The Dr (Gynaecologist) decided that I should go a few tests ( Mammogram,scan blood test etc) as i continued to get worse instead of getting better. i eventually missed the deadline for resubmission and was also admitted for a Major surgery . I called Mancosa and spoke to a few consultants and finally referred to a( ALB) who said I should forward all the necessary Dr notes as confirmation which I did( The referral letter from my GP to the Gynecologist and 3 letters from the Gynae) A week later after numerous phone calls and no feedback I called again and ended up speaking to Samukelisiwe who was so helpful and made sure that my query received the necessary attention and she actually made sure that I get feedback from the Student services. ( The first time I got feedback from them) .I have been sick since November until December and was booked off until 29 JANUARY 2022. I forwarded all the Dr notes requested and finally I got feedback from them saying that my Appeals was declined and I needed to Re-register that particular Module. Now my question is what more should I have done because all the required documents were forwarded to Mancosa . Why do they give us an option to request a resubmission if it will be declined? All the necessary documents were given to them and every time I spoke to the consultants I had to explain myself over and over again. Mancosa you have been really unfair in the judgement of this appeal. I honestly will not be registering for my Post Grad with them
