Alleged Exam misconduct

I am really saddened and disappointed by the outcome of my appeal regarding alleged examination misconduct. I stated facts and poured out my heart on a handwritten letter to the exams committee together with supporting documents only to receive a letter which was delayed with a negative response.It was the harshest sanction.To add salt to the wound they state you cant appeal it further.Where is the fairness and transparency in their process.How do they base their decisions on someones future.Whats the point of an appeal letter when they don't respond to what you wrote on the letter has a sign of justification with their sanction.To me its seems theirs no discussion or consideration regarding students appeal letters. The committee chooses to stick with their initial decision and make you think that you have a glimpse of hope. Your career and future plans are left in the hands of this committee whom you haven't met.I had plans to further continue my studies with MANCOSA after attaining my higher certificate thats how confident i was with the outcome i was about to recieve.After recieving my letter with devastating news i feel i have been ****** of an opportunity to study and deprived of my qualification. Almost R23k down the drain and no explanation or response to my letter in the structure i presented it.Is this what MANCOSAs is about.It seems you cant make a mistake or have a moment of human error.Theres no empathy shown by the examination committee.The decison taken by the commitee has left me demoralized and saddened.When you know you innocent and its still overlooked its heartbreaking.No fairness in my case.Over one year of hardwork and commitment for nothing.
