All I want is my combined Business Management 3B Mark/Results, is that tooo much to as****!

Good day I have called in twice today, and had to explain what I want, and on the first call, i was advised that they will call me back within 5 minutes and on the second call was placed on hold for 17 minutes. All i want is my combined Business Management 3B marks/results. its not that difficult. I received all my other modules marks. It says FNS. for Bus Management 3B cause i could not submit it on the connect portal, but was submitted on email, but it does not count. I just want my combination of my KC marks and my Project Mark, that's all. Its really not that difficult?????????????
