Aeograt feedback

I have been trying to get a response regarding an Aerogat result for a paper and no one seems to be able to answer me with the time drawing in closer to the supplementary exam. Our results were released so late, 7 days before supplementary of the first exam which leaves extremely little time for students to plan and study.
