Aegrotat request
I have lost my father and obviously have exams coming and have tried to request an aegrotat, however I cannot submit on the website. I have made multiple requests to get assistance as I have already missed one exam and am stressed out and anxious. Not to mention the Mancosa app that is does not even work properly and you cannot type to log a ticket. I am so disappointed!

04 Nov 2022, 09:39I think it’s so funny how quick there is a reply on Hellopeter but my issue is still not resolved. I have logged multiple tickets, spoken to I don’t know how many consultants , had student services call and then say ‘ oh I don’t know ‘ let me call you back and then no response. Or I wait on the line and have to listen to inappropriate personal conversations between consultants. I raised this issue on the 26th, it is now the 4th. It is so exhausting!
