Administration incompetence

I have been a student at Mancosa for the past 4 years, and each year has been a roller coaster. This year I registered for Bcom in Marketing Management and I was exempted 6 modules and was registered for 2 modules to complete for a year, my issue is I was send an email saying I must re-register and pay for the other 2 modules from the 6 modules that were already exempted, My Registration confirmation Letter state that I was Exempted 6 modules but now their Invoice state something different which I was charged for 4 modules from it, this issue hasn’t been resolved till today, this is an absurd institute that treat students like ****, I have requested to be referred to the Dean/Director but i haven’t received any positive feedback. This institute has turned out to be exactly what people was referring it to be “Money making scheme “
