Accounts department the worst

I had outstanding fee and made a payment neen requesting for my results and updated statement with no luck and their offices will be closed for xmas while m sitting here waiting for my results spent all day calling and emailing last email i received from felicia pillay was my results will be released by 2pm till now and she knew very well that she aint goin to do it honestly the service we get its not worth the fees we paying. And i promise u when its month end you will get calls and sms from Msncosa as if they care
