Account in arears

I have unpaid fees, tried to get a settlement discount but they refused. I have a friend that got a discount hence I decided to ask for it. the very same friend got credits for a module done from another university but when I asked for credit for that same module I didnt get it. I registered with MANCOSA January 2017 for first semester. I have never received my exam results. 2018 I only studied first semester and couldnt continue due to financial reasons. Now I want to pay and register for this semester, my status says "DEREGISTERED "

No one is answering the phones/ emails. I regret enrolling with this institution
