ACCESS TO RESULTS

MANCOSA is not the best nor user friendliest institution. Some of us have our tuition paid by our employers and sometimes they mess up and don't pay in time. Right this instance results have been released but because my employer has not paid I have been locked out of all systems and this means one cannot access their results and this inadvertently means that you don't know whether you have passed or not, qualify for a supplementary exam or have flat out failed. Other institutions at least give students access to their results whilst trying to sort out the payment issue. This is just one of the major qualms that I have with MANCOSA and when you contact student services they tell you to access the student portal which is actually of no help because of the fact that you have outstanding fees for only 2 modules......can we at least have access to the results
