Academic support lacking
Once again I am not getting replies to any tickets logged, my one ticket was logged 10 days ago with no reply even as I followed up twice already and my second ticket was logged 4 days ago with no reply. For context they have a 48 hour turnaround policy on queries. This is the second time I am struggling with the exact same issue and last time it was only resolved by posting on HelloPeter.
