ACADEMIC NIGHTMARE FROM MANCOSA

I regret ever enrolling with MANCOSA. The service I received has been nothing short of terrible, and I strongly urge anyone considering studying through this institution to think twice – or better yet, don’t do it at all.

From the very beginning, I encountered poor communication, *********** support staff, and unacceptable delays in resolving even the most basic issues. Emails go unanswered for weeks (if they get answered at all), and when you do get a response, it is often vague, unhelpful, or dismissive. It feels like the institution is completely disconnected from the needs of its students.

I experienced months of delays regarding important academic matters that directly affected my ability to register and progress in my studies. There is a clear lack of accountability, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no regard for the stress or inconvenience they cause their students.

I strongly advise against studying through MANCOSA. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money – there are far better institutions out there that actually value their students and deliver on their promises.
