2018 exam results STILL NOT RELEASED in 2019

I wrote my exams in May 2018, Its January 2019 and i still haven't received my results after several attempts calling, emailing all MANCOSA mailboxes for assistance including the student advisers. Because of their failure to release my results when my fees are fully paid up, I couldn't register for the other modules and complete my degree. I have sent the proof they requested to show that i sat in for the exam. After sending the proof, they went DEAD QUIET on me, including the student adviser (Samara Hughes).
