i received the best customer service from a lady named Ms Nondumiso Mafuu . she is part of student service at Mancosa . wow that lady knows her staff and she is efficient. if there is no understanding over emails she will make it a point to call you or liaise with the relevant department to help you sort out your student admin issues. i rate her 20 out of 10...Brilliant lady, top of the class customer service..
