116546 Annoyed

I received my assignment/project results in June and it showed that i have failed, since then i have been sending messages to the student support services and at first Malusi told me that i was going to receive a new assignment/project to re-submit together with my marked assignment/project but since then i did not receive anything, Shandre told me that i will have to re-submit the same assignment/project but there is no option to upload on the portal, another lady Josylyyn blankly stated that she does not know so i wonder why they employee people who won't be able to assist us when we really need help, I am really frustrated with Mancosa because they dont take us seriously i cant re-register without being given a chance to re-submit my assignment/project.I have called several times and drop the calls i have sent so many emails noone responds i regret going back to Mancosa
