1 star is over rating the institution.

I am not usually one to complain, but I have reached my end with Mancosa, unfriendly, lack of service and only looking for your money. their admin is a mess, if this is how they run their business it would be the last institution I would want to learn business from. After having covid and spending 9 days in hospital which 6 days in ICU I was forced to do a module assignment I had no time to prepare for(paid for a module I could not study or get any benifit from) I reregistered for a module and paid full amount on the 22nd of Feb already still getting invoices to pay and nothing has been sorted out, waste money on airtime calling them and you end up holding on for long periods of time and still the issue is not resolved. This institution is not there to help you build a career and succeed they are there to get your money and after that welcome to the jungle buddy you are on your own with lots of frustration to get an issue resolved. I wish there were option to give no stars as I feel 1 is over rating this institution.
