Order Status Unknown

I ordered a Man Utd shirt for my birthday on 27th November from the Manchester United Supporters Club SA online store. The site stated that delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks. It is now almost 6 weeks later and there has been no delivery and no update on the status of my delivery. They do not respond to my queries and do not answer their phone.
