No delivery or feedback

I ordered a shirt from the site on the 6th December 2015. After waiting for the stipulated 4 week time period stated on the site I emailed to query the status of my order as nothing had been updated on the site. I received a response stating that my order had arrived at customs and would be delivered within the week. It is now 2 months and many emails later and I have yet to receive the shirt. I was offered a refund and agreed to this, however have had no response confirming that I will be refunded.<br> <br> The entire experience has been terrible!! Horrific customer service, excuses beyond belief and lack of feedback !!!!<br> I really just want my money back.....the soccer season is nearly over anyway.....
