No Delivery

I am extremely frustrated with the appalling service, or lack thereof, from Manchester United Store South Africa Online. I placed an order for one item on the 28 of November 2015 and their website assured me that delivery will not take more than 6 weeks. Since then I have been trying to track the item via their website and emailing the store(since they do not provide telephone numbers) but I have only been given excuses and futile promises of delivery. <br> I have now requested a refund which has not come through and they have suddenly stopped responding to my emails. This is so unprofessional and it appears that these guys are after people's money!
