Thanks to the owner of the business, Steven, the sneakers were promptly recovered and the culprits dismissed. I will happily use this company again as long as Steven is the owner and manager because based on this experience I am assured that my goods will be safe and should anything go wrong, Steven will attend to the matter personally.
