Overcharge and Empty Promises

Our truck was taken into Man Truck & Bus Johannesburg for a F1 & T1 Service.On inspecting the Tax invoice it was noted that the Dealership had grossly overcharged and inflated the invoice.Attention to this was given to the Service Manager,Mr Roger Naiker,(Nothing Happened) I now escalated this to MAN Truck And Bus Head office,where attention to the complaint was given,and they assisted with dealing to this overcharge.Eventually Roger Naiker passed a credit for an amount of R2572.98 and promised to refund this amount and see to it that a EFT would be done immediately.<br> This has now been ongoing for many weeks,where Roger makes Empty promises,and nothing happens.<br> How difficult is it to do an EFT and send proof of Deposit.Roger should be a politician,promises,promises and NO action.Not a good example for your customers
