Terrible Airconditioning Installation and Service

I agreed on an 15000btu aircon installation from Andre van Staden from MAMSI. The installation was done on the 10th February 2016, but wasn't completed as agreed (connection to the DB board is still outstanding), but the aircon was working by plugging it into an extension. I paid the full amount and was told the job will be finished during the week by his colleague. <br> <br> On the 13th February 2016 the aircon was not working anymore, it was just blowing air but not cooling down. I called Andre to inquire when his colleague will come to finish the job and also look at the aircon, to find out why it wasn't working. He told me he will find out and get back to me because he is in the Western Cape and can't help me. <br> <br> I called him again on Monday and he said his colleague was in the hospital, he will find someone else. By Friday I called again, this went on for three weeks. I decided to get another company to fix the aircon and they did an assessment and explained the aircon was installed incorrectly and they had to reinstall it as well as fix a gas leak as a result. <br> <br> Till today Andre hasn't called me back, doesn't answer my calls as well as hasn't paid me back for work not done.
