Parcel counter

I'm currently at mams mall and have realised that 80% of the shops there have a parcel counter . The experience of waiting in the que to get into a mere shop.I wouldn't like to touch a racial factor but I have realised that in the suburbs there is no parcel counter.This is sad beacuse it show that only a black person is pointed out as a *****.
