GAME HEARTBROKEN CUSTOMER

Im deeply wounded from the bottom of my heart by Game RCS...

I made a payment of R1000 via capitec EFT July 2022,they claimed not to receive the transaction ...they said i should sent them proof of payment ,I've been sending them until today, i even closed the RCS account without my refund...everytime i consult Game Store,its always a new story,no one is making a follow up with this matter ,i tryed Making a follow-up with RCS via emais without success...

Can i please get assisted 😓,im a frustrated customer....
